This may be the day after yesterday's Christmas, and that it was mainly served to my family and friends, but isn't it scrumptious?
Yes, this isn't an origami special, there are some occassions in which I can cook, and this is the proof! This is the third time I've ever cooked a ham for Christmas, though it seems I often misplaced the recipe for the honey mustard glazed ham so this year, I improvised! The trouble was that since I couldn't find the exact directions I decided to cook it my own way - removing the rind and cuting it to pieces just in case some guests would want a piece, the scoring of the fat and placing of the cloves, and the mixture of dijion and wholegrain mustard sauces, honey, marmalade, garlic, and brown sugar, to counter the saltiness of the ham.
Then after two cooking times (in between I placed the remaining half of the mixture onto the ham), it is ready to serve, and viola! A tasty main dish ready to serve! It's quite popular with my family, relatives, and friends, and the leftovers make great ingredients for sandwiches and Eggs Benedict!
And so, all in all, I hope everybody had a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!

Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
