Despite not celebrating Thanksgiving from where I come from, I couldn't help but make a special for this day! It wasn't easy to find a good fold, and even after I found one, the diagrams weren't exactly their most tidy! I apologise for the slightly rushed job, but I just wanted to prepare for the day in my own special way!
Created by one Anita Barbour, this turkey would be of an intermediate-advanced level, since the last parts of the fold involved a lot of outside reversed folding. To give it a sort of 3-D appearance, I pushed the back and the tail slightly to form. Because I wasn't sure about part of the shadow covering part of it this morning, I thought I'd utlise flash photography for the illumination. All in all, even though I don't have Thanksgiving here in Australia, I wish you all the best in celebrating it! |
