Okay, so someone never bothered to flippin' send me a note involving the 7000th Kiriban. Well, guess what - I've already selected who I will tribute this for!
For this, I am tributing this piece to none other than my sister,  ! For reasons known, she was born in the Chinese Year of the Ox, which was 1985! And since 2009 is also the Year of the Ox, what better way to celebrate with the fold by John Montroll! Red is often symbolised as a lucky colour for Chinese New Year, hence this selection. This Bull (or Ox as I call it as for the occassion) is of average difficulty, and it was the only decent Bull fold worth making. Once again, for this upcoming Chinese New Year (which is in February) best of luck for this year! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
